We’re excited to announce that Sparkologie is now using hiSawyer.com for all class and camp enrollments! This platform is designed to make registration, billing, and managing your child’s schedule easier than ever. Below are answers to common questions to help you get started.
🧩 Why is Sparkologie using HiSawyer?
HiSawyer helps us streamline registration and billing while giving families a smoother, more organized experience. With this change, you can:

Easily enroll in classes, camps, and events

View your upcoming bookings

Update billing info and payment methods

Receive automatic reminders and updates
🖱️ How do I sign up for a Class, KNO or Camp now?

Always check our website for updates: www.sparkologie.com

You can also access our schedule here: https://www.hisawyer.com/sparkologie/schedules

Browse available programs by: date, age, or category such as Camps, Kids Night Out, etc. through filters.

Select your desired session and complete checkout
You’ll need to create a HiSawyer account (just once!), and then you’re all set for future registrations.
🔁 New and Existing orders

Any new order will be processed through hiSawyer. There you will be able to manage your account info and order. *

Any old orders, previous from today is already processed through our traditional enrollment via Wix.

Both new and old orders are valid, accepted. No orders have been cancelled.

* Everything except Summer Camps has been rolled over to the new enrollment platform. Summer Camps will be rolled over by the end of April.
📅 Can I manage my schedule and cancel or reschedule classes?
Yes! HiSawyer makes this easy:

Log into your HiSawyer account

Go to “My Schedule” to see and manage upcoming bookings

You’ll also receive reminders for your classes and camps

Please refer to our cancellation policy on the booking page or email us for details.

If you are looking to manage an order before today, please email us.
💳 What if I have an issue with billing or payment on the new enrollment platform?
If you have trouble with a payment or see an incorrect charge:

First, double-check your HiSawyer account under “My Orders”

Still have a question? Reach out to us directly at info@sparkologie.com and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
All payments are securely processed through HiSawyer’s system.

If you have trouble with a payment or see an incorrect charge:

First, double-check your email and order information.

Email us with your issue and order number.

We will be in touch to help you resolve the issue once you sent us an email.
